Vendor Information

  • Vendor Policies:

    • Only hand-made or hand-designed items will be allowed to be sold at this event.

    • No 3rd party sellers permitted.

  • Vendor Spaces:

    • Vendor spaces will either be a table space (up to an 8' table) in our Fellowship Hall or a 10' x 10' booth space in the lawn outside Ransdell Hall (vendor-provided tents must include anchors). Vendors will be able to request their preferred space type in the application.

  • Fees:

    • Indoor Vendor: $75

      • [Optional] Rent an 8' table: $25

    • Outdoor Vendor (10' x 10' space): $75

      • Vendor must provide tents with anchors.

    • An item donation valued at $25 or more for the Treasure Trove Donation is also required of all vendors
